The Greentraveller Group is a consultancy and media agency that runs green tourism programmes and creative/digital marketing campaigns (including strategy and stakeholder engagement) on sustainable transport and tourism. We also deliver consumer facing products, including visitor guides, leaflets, maps, videos and new media content. We work with a range of clients in the public and private sector, including transport operators, city and county councils, protected landscapes, DMOs and national tourist boards.
We also manage the award-winning consumer-facing website greentraveller.co.uk, which promotes eco-friendly places to stay and fab holidays that benefit biodiversity conservation and research, contributes to the resilience and economies of local communities, as well as hundreds of low carbon holidays closer to home that can be conveniently reached overland by bike, public transport, train or ferry. The site is also a platform for our Greentraveller's Guides to Destinations (see Media Pack) - written, researched and produced by our team of professional travel writers, photographers and videographers, the guides contain fresh, original content about local accommodation, food & drink, visitor attractions, heritage, craft & culture, towns & villages, flora & fauna, low impact activities, including walks and cycle rides.
